Share what works.
Send a lesson on
Taught a lesson that went down well? Send it on via a link or via an email from GoYou, to a colleague at your school or to a teacher somewhere else. They can look at the lesson straight away, even without an account.
The lesson is rewritten for your colleague’s class
Your lesson was made for your class, and your colleague’s group is not yours. That is why your colleague chooses: the same activities, rewritten for their own students, or entirely new activities along the same line. GoYou suggests, your colleague decides.
Sharing a whole series, also with your department
You share a series towards an assessment as a whole: the goal, the steps and the structure, along with what you made of each lesson. Share it with one colleague or with your whole department, and everyone works along the same line, each deciding lesson by lesson what to use. What your students did is never shared.
A lesson taken over belongs to your colleague
When your colleague takes over your lesson or series, they get their own version for their class. It stays, even if you later change or delete your own lesson.

The problem nobody sees

Every teacher picks a perfectly good teaching activity, and still the class gets the same thing three times. Nobody can know, because you only see your own lessons. The result is activity fatigue: a teaching activity that works well in itself loses its force because it is worn out before you use it.
