Who it’s for · Secondary education

Every subject, every level, a different lesson for every class.

Mentor lessons, project weeks, news that walks into the classroom today: exactly the hours you have no textbook method for. You say what your class needs, GoYou builds the lesson at the level of that particular class.

All levels, all subjects

Sound familiar?

Five classes, five levels, one preparation

The same material for 2-vmbo and 2-vwo (year 2 of the pre-vocational and the pre-university stream), but it cannot be the same lesson. In practice you reuse it anyway, because the time has run out.

The mentor lesson is on your timetable tomorrow

No textbook method, no material, but thirty students and an hour that has to be about something. That costs you an evening, every week again.

Explaining who your class is, every single time

Ask an AI for help and you start from zero every time: which subject, which level, where the class stands, how you work. And halfway through you notice you have forgotten something, or that it was understood just slightly wrong.

The class has something else entirely on its mind

Something is happening in the news or at school that you have to do something with today. By the time you have material for it, it is no longer current.

This is what it looks like.

Say you teach history in 3-havo (year 3 of senior general secondary education) and you do not want to do the French Revolution from the book again. You say that your class is in Nijmegen and that you want to start from the world they live in. GoYou builds a lesson that starts with what happened here, with visuals for the board and an activating opening. The practice work after that goes a different way for each student: the same material and the same bar, but a student who loves football gets a different way in from the tutor than a student who is busy with music. If you are working towards a test on the whole period, this becomes lesson 1 of a series, and what your students show now decides what happens in lesson 2.

What it gives you.

Much less preparation time

The same material, at the right level for each class, without making it five times. No more evenings spent preparing one lesson.

Every class its own lesson

From praktijkonderwijs (practical education) to bilingual vwo: language, examples and teaching activities fit the level and the world of the class in front of you, and the practice work fits the student.

A new lesson, even the tenth time

The activities come from our own library, written by educational developers. Even a topic you have taught ten times becomes a lesson your class remembers something from.

You adjust until it is right

GoYou supplies the material, you adjust it until it matches what you want to achieve in that class. Your lesson, your name on it.
